- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl, then stir until... well, just use a spoon.
