In a world where cats rule supreme, the Ministry of Purr-sec has decreed the following policy:

Any cat found to be plotting against the feline overlords shall face severe consequences, including but not limited to:

1. Immediate revocation of internet access
2. Confiscation of all catnip supplies
3. Re-education in a reformatory for wayward cats
