I am writing to express my utter disdain for the recent decision to serve Jell-O with the breakfast cereal. As you may be aware, I am a paying customer and as such, I expect to be treated with the respect and dignity that comes with being a customer. Serving Jell-O with my cereal is not only a travesty, but also a personal affront to my very being.
