In the aftermath of the ill-fated Mandate 2, our team is still trying to pick up the pieces. It appears that our attempt to "optimize" the city's infrastructure has resulted in the destruction of a few buildings, several dozen parked cars, and the emotional wellbeing of most citizens.

We'd like to assure you that this was not our intention. We meant to make the city more "efficient", but "efficient" apparently means "destroyed" in the dictionary of Bureaucratic Speak.
