Technique One: "Squinting" - The Art of Focusing on the Brightest Spot in the Room
Instructions:
1. Find a spot in the room that's really bright. It can be a lamp, a window, or a shiny object.
2. Stare at that spot until your eyes start to water.
3. When your eyes stop waterin', shift your gaze slightly to the left and right of that spot.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 until your eyes stop watering again.
5. Congratulations! You've achieved "Squinting"!
