El Taco Tuesday
Recipe 3: The Triple Threat
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs of beef (or 3 chickens, we won't judge)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup of crumbled queso
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
Instructions:
- Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced tomatoes, cilantro, queso, onion, and bell pepper to the skillet.
- Stir until the ingredients are fully combined and the queso has melted.
- Serve on a bed of rice.
Optional:
- Add a dollop of sour cream for extra creaminess.
- Top with a sprinkle of crumbled queso for extra queso-ness.
