Yesterday, in a shocking upset, Fluffy McWhiskerface, the 3-year-old calico cat from 1313 Feline Lane, was elected Mayor of the Furrydale Borough.
When asked for a statement, Fluffy's campaign manager, a sycophantic squirrel named Squeaky, said, "Fluffy's platform of endless belly rubs, catnip, and tuna-based economics clearly resonated with voters."
