Policy 1: Mandatory Coffee Breaks

We believe in the importance of regular coffee breaks. As such, all team members are required to take a 15-minute break every hour to fuel their productivity.

Policy 2: The Dress Code

Team Bob is a fashion-forward organization. Please wear something that makes you happy, but not anything with more than 5% polyester.

Policy 3: The Open Floor

We're not your mom, but we want you to feel at home. Our break room has free snacks, so help yourself.
