What are the awards for?
The Team Building Awards recognize the most creative and absurd team-building activities that have been inflicted upon office workers around the world. These activities are judged based on their potential to drive employees to the brink of madness and/or existential crisis.
Some examples of award-winning activities include: "Trust Falls" team-building, "Escape Room" team-building, and "Trust Falls... with a twist" team-building.
