1.5 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 cup water
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). In a large bowl, combine the ingredients.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients (eggs, milk, water). Add the melted butter and whisk until smooth.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
4. Pour batter into a greased waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes.
