Phase One: Curse the Teams
With Wicca Management, we begin by cursing the teams. This is the foundation of our dark arts approach to project management.
Our teams are divided into three main categories:
- The Devs: Our coders, the ones who actually make the magic happen.
- The QAs: Our quality assurance specialists, the ones who make sure the magic doesn't happen.
- The PMs: Our project managers, the ones who make sure everyone else does the magic.
