Oversleeping Techniques
Warning: the following techniques may lead to severe sleep debt, but Steve promises it's worth it.
Technique 1: The 5-hour Nap-a-Palooza
Set your alarm 5 hours and 1 minute after waking up, then immediately reset it to 5 minutes before the original alarm time. Repeat as needed.
Technique 2: The Sleep-Powered Time Loop
Sleep for 8 hours, then wake up and immediately go back to sleep. Repeat until you've reached your desired nap duration.
