Welcome, napping gurus in training, to Level 4 - The Dark Ages of Slumber. Here, you will learn the ancient art of napping anywhere, anytime, and without any distractions. It's a challenging level, but trust us, it's worth it.
**Mission Briefing:**
- Nap anywhere, even on top of a cactus.
- Nap with your eyes open, but your mind closed.
- Nap for 20 minutes, but wake up feeling refreshed for 40 hours.
- Use your napping skills to escape from the authorities.
**Recommended Training Equipment:**
- Nap Mat 3000
- Sleep Mask 9000
- Nap-o-matic Alarm Clock
**Training Schedule:**
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 3 hours of napping, 1 hour of wake-up exercises
- Tuesday, Thursday: 2 hours of napping, 2 hours of napping
- Weekends: Napping marathons (no breaks, no excuses)
