8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Morning naps
8:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Advanced napping techniques
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break (don't forget to nap during this time too!)
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Power napping
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Napping with friends (group naps, social naps, naps for all)
Remember to stay hydrated and energized throughout the day. Also, do not forget to nap.
