Tired of being awake all the time? So am I. Here's some sleep hacks to help you catch some Z's:
- Use a sleep mask for your eyes, but not the kind you buy, make one out of tin foil and a paperclip.
- Count sheep, but only if they're wearing tiny top hats and monocles.
- Practice 'sleep yoga' to relax those sleepy muscles: it's like regular yoga, but with a pillow.
