Step 3: Write a Proposal That's So Explosive, It'll Blow the Roof Off the Competition.

Step 4: Get the Team to Agree on a Plan That's Not Entirely Insane, But Let's be Real, We're TeamDynamite.

Step 5: Execute the Plan with the Utmost Explosiveness, Even If It Means Burning the Place Down.

Additional Tips:

• Use a lot of exclamation points!!!
• Make sure your proposal is at least 10 pages long, but not more than 15.
• Include a section on "The Future of Explosiveness" that's actually just a bunch of vague buzzwords.
