Phase 2c: The Great Merge

After the chaos of Phase 2b, we've managed to merge the codebases of our two main projects, Project: Alpha and Project: Bravo into one cohesive mess.

Reorganized the entire directory structure to accommodate the new merge
Renamed all function and variable names to follow the new naming conventions
Fixed all merge conflicts with the help of our new team member, Bertrand the Merge Wizard

Phase 2c is a major milestone in the 4.0 roadmap. With the merge complete, we can now focus on Phase 2d: The Great Refactor

Phase 2d: The Great Refactor

Now that our codebase is merged, it's time to make it pretty. We'll be refactoring all our code to follow the latest design patterns and make it more maintainable.

Replace all single-character variable names with more descriptive ones
Remove all global variables and functions
Implement a new dependency injection system

Phase 2d is a critical step in the 4.0 roadmap. A well-organized codebase is essential for future development.
