Learn the art of not caring. It's not that hard.
Techniques include:
- Repeat 'I am not a lizard' to yourself daily.
- Count to ten, but only if you're sure you're not a time-traveler.
- Visualize the world as a pleasant place. Or, you know, a nice toaster.
