Step 1: Grip, Grip, Grip!
Hold the knives firmly, but not too tightly, you don't want to get tired too soon.
Or worse, get your hand cut off.
Step 2: Toss, Toss, Toss!
Throw the knives in the air with a smooth, practiced motion.
And hope they don't come back at you.
