Advanced Therapy Session 3.2: "Dealing with Existential Dread"

Today's agenda: facing the crushing ennui of existence.

Objective: Develop a strategy to cope with the crushing weight of the meaninglessness of life.

Recommended reading: "The Myth of Sisyphus" by Albert Camus, "The Denial of Meaning" by Jean-Paul Sartre, and "The Nothingness of Existence" by Jean-Paul Sartre's slightly-less-philosophical cousin, Pierre Sartre.

Homework: Write a 10-page essay on the meaninglessness of life, then promptly forget it exists.

Next Session: "The Paradox of Choice"

Remember, the abyss of existence is staring back at you, waiting to consume your soul.
