By the power vested in us, we decree:
That all citizens of the land of Oom shall wear funny hats on Tuesdays.
Failure to comply will result in:
- Forfeiture of all snacks for a period of 7 days
- Forfeiture of all access to the Throneoom's finest cheeses
- Forfeiture of all dignity and self-respect
