5. The Time-Traveling Toaster
Legend has it that our ancient Egyptian ancestors discovered a way to travel through the ages in their toasters. They'd pop in a slice of bread, press a button, and voilà! They'd find themselves in the middle of a Roman Colosseum, or perhaps on the moon.
Of course, this myth has been disputed by historians, but we prefer to believe it.
