Policies:
- All residents must wear a tinfoil hat at all times.
- Residents are required to attend daily debriefings with the Council of Paranoid Leaders.
- All residents are subject to random searches and seizures without cause or warrant.
- Residents who exhibit any form of independent thought will be immediately relocated to Section 4.
- Any form of dissent will be met with extreme prejudice and/or forced reeducation.
