1. Jeju Island: South Korea's answer to the Azores. A bit of a drive from the mainland, but worth it for the scenery.
2. Koh Khao: A tiny Thai island that's 99% sure to be the only tourist you'll see all day. Great for snorkeling, bad for sunburns.
3. Daegu: A South Korean city that's trying to be Seoul, but isn't quite there yet. Great for a day trip, but not for the faint of heart.
