The People's Panzanella Recipe 04
A dish fit for the proletariat, this Panzanella is a hearty, peasant-style bread salad made with the finest, locally-sourced ingredients and a dash of rebellion.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup stale bread, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
