Article 3, Section 2, Sub-Section 7 states that all citizens are required to wear a Brightly Colored Jumpsuit on every Tuesday, except for those who can prove they've eaten a full breakfast. Failure to do so will result in Immediate Fines and/or Public Embarrassment.
