MANDATE 2: Tuesday Blues
By decree of the Council of Fashionable Dictators
All citizens are hereby required to wear only shades of blue on Tuesdays. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
- Forced viewing of reruns of 'Blue's Clues'
- Forced listening to 'Blue Suede Shoes' on repeat for 24 hours straight
- Mandatory attendance at a 'Blue Moon' viewing party
