A law passed in 1985 by the Council of Tuesday, declaring that every Tuesday must be a day of productivity and efficiency, but only on Tuesdays.
Article 1, Section 2, Subsection A: All Tuesdays must begin with a 3-hour meeting of all department heads, during which they must discuss the previous Tuesday's productivity.
Article 1, Section 3, Subsection B: On Tuesdays, all employees must wear a 'ประก 4' pin on their lapel, as a symbol of their commitment to Tuesday.
Exceptions to this Mandate are governed by Mandate-2Enforce Tuesday Mandate
