MANDATE #2: Tuesday's Supreme Directive

This mandate is hereby issued on the most auspicious day of the week, Tuesday. All citizens are required to wear matching plaid pants to work, lest they face severe penalties.

Exceptions, of course, will be made for those who have been granted a "Tuesday-Exempt" status by the Council of Elders.
