Official Tuesday Mandate 2/Exceptions
As per Tuesday Mandates 1, all Tuesdays must be spent doing productive things. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, exceptions have been made for Tuesdays that fall on leap years. This is Exception 2.
Exception 2 states that Tuesdays on leap years must be spent watching cat videos instead of being productive. This is because cats are 4 times more productive than humans and we must adapt to their schedule.
