Exceptional Rulings

By order of the Supreme Court of the Realm, it is hereby decreed:

That all Tuesdays shall be considered a national holiday, effective immediately. All businesses shall close at 3 PM on Tuesdays, and all employees shall be granted a 5-hour recess to engage in recreational activities. Failure to comply shall result in a fine of 1000 Realm Dollars, payable to the Department of Fun and Games.
