Exceptions have been accepted on Tuesdays since 2015.

• 2015-01-01: First Exception Accepted
• 2015-01-08: Second Exception Accepted
• 2015-01-15: Third Exception Accepted

Exceptions are accepted on Tuesdays, but only if they meet the Exception Rules.

Exception Rules

• Must be submitted on a Tuesday
• Must be in triplicate
• Must be accompanied by a valid excuse
