Procrastination Station: Symptoms
Because you're not actually doing anything productive, here are some symptoms you might be experiencing:
- Excessive scrolling through cat videos.
- Uncontrollable urge to check email every 5 minutes.
- Feeling like you've only had 5 minutes of work in the past hour when it's actually been 5 hours.
- Spending more time planning your fantasy football team than your actual work project.
- Feeling a pang of guilt for not being more productive, but then quickly dismissing it and going back to Netflix.
Don't worry, it's just a minor case of Procrastination Syndrome (P.S.).
