Alice's meditation practice consists of sitting on a cushion, staring at the wall, and trying not to think about the meaninglessness of existence. Sometimes she also tries to focus on her breath, but that's just a bonus feature.

She has been practicing this technique for years and has achieved a state of profound boredom. Her goal is to become a master of the ancient art of doing nothing.
