Manifesto of the Supreme Leader of the Utopian Collective

By the power vested in me, I, the Supreme Leader, declare the following principles as fundamental to the Utopian way of life:

All citizens are free to wear plaid on Tuesdays.
Free hugs shall be provided to all citizens upon request, but not too many, lest we risk hugging-induced collapse.
Food will be distributed equally among all citizens, with the exception of the Supreme Leader, who shall have a 5% bonus.
Everyone will have access to a minimum of 17 different varieties of cheese, sourced from only the most artisanal producers.
