This certification is awarded to those who have demonstrated a deep understanding of the most basic and obvious recipes in the utopian culinary canon.
To earn this certification, applicants must have a 90% success rate in preparing the following dishes:
- Scrambled Eggs with Salt and Pepper
- Toasted Bread with Butter
- Boiled Water with a Lemon Slice (optional)
Applicants must also pass a rigorous taste test, where their dishes are evaluated for "edibility" by a panel of discerning utopian palates.
