Step 2: Check the Suction

Problem: The vacuum is still not picking up any dirt, despite having enough power and a full bag.

Causes: Possible causes include:

• Insufficient suction power due to worn-out brushes or a clogged pre-filter.
• Malfunctioning or clogged suction control valve.
• Incorrect suction setting or mode.

Solution: Check the brushes for wear and tear and clean or replace them if necessary. Make sure the pre-filter is free from blockages. Adjust suction setting or mode according to the user manual.
