Step 3: The Great Overflow is where we get to the good stuff. Where the wastewater is treated, and then re-treated, and then treated again, because why not?

First, we add some more chemicals. Because, you know, a little more of everything is better, right?

We then mix it all together in a big ol' tank, and hope for the best. After all, it's not like we're trying to fix anything, per se.
