Technique 3: The "I'm Not Looking At You" Method

Step 1: Stare intently at the wall for exactly 17 seconds.

This technique requires complete focus, so do not be distracted by any visual stimuli, including but not limited to: your feet, the floor, or the faint scent of fresh-baked cookies wafting from the break room.

Once the 17 seconds are up, glance briefly at the wall to the left, then quickly back to the wall again. Repeat as necessary.
