Policy 1: Mandatory Use of Staplers
All committee members are required to use staplers for all official business. This includes but is not limited to: stapling reports, attaching papers to binders, and holding down loose wires. Failure to comply will result in a stern talking-to from the Committee Chair.

Policy 2: Stapler Maintenance and Upkeep
All staplers must be kept in good working condition at all times. This includes regular cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of jammed staples.
