When last seen, Whiskers was acting strangely. She was seen lurking around the catnip factory on 5th and Pine. Witnesses claim she was in a trance-like state, seemingly under the control of the nefarious Mr. Jenkins, owner of Jenkins' Jingle Jamboree, the cat toy store down the street.

When questioned, Dr. Bottomsworth stated, "I'm not sure what's more disturbing: the cat's apparent catnip addiction or the fact that she's been secretly taking online courses in 'Feline Ninjutsu'."
