King's Planning Committee - Meeting Minutes for February 21, 2023

Present:

His Majesty King Balthazar, Advisor to the Throne, Lord Chamberlain, The Royal Scribe, and 2 random peasants

Meeting called to discuss the impending doom of our kingdom's coffee supply. The King decreed that we shall not run out of coffee until the end of the week.

Agenda:

1. Review of the Kingdom's current coffee reserves

• Currently at 3.5 gallons, which is a record low for this time of year

2. Proposal for a new coffee procurement system

Discussion:

The Royal Advisor suggested a new system where we import coffee beans directly from the land of the sun-kissed beans, while the Lord Chamberlain argued that we should stick with our tried and true method of raiding the nearby village's pantry.

Actions:

1. The King decreed that we shall establish a trade agreement with the land of the sun-kissed beans

2. The Lord Chamberlain shall be tasked with... "reorganizing" the pantry

Motions:

1. To import more coffee from the land of the sun-kissed beans

Approved by a unanimous decision of 1-0
