**The Snack Police Code of Conduct (aka The Snack Code)**

Article 1: Thou shalt not eat all the snacks before the party even starts.

Violation: Snack Theft.

• First-time offense: Warning, plus mandatory snack-sharing duties.
• Second-time offense: Confiscation of snacking privileges for a week.
• Third-time offense: Perp must provide 5x the amount of snacks they consumed.
