The Procrastinators' Bill of Rights

Article 1098, Section 1:

Right to Do Nothing

Article 1, Section 1: We, the Procrastinators of the world, have the inalienable right to do nothing at all times.

Article 1, Section 2: This right shall not be infringed upon by any means, including but not limited to, phone calls, text messages, or knock-knocks at the door.

Article 2: Right to Watch TV

Article 2, Section 1: We, the Procrastinators, have the right to spend an inordinate amount of time watching television, including but not limited to, soap operas, reality TV, and cat videos.

Article 2, Section 2: This right shall include but not be limited to, binge-watching entire seasons of our favorite shows in one sitting.

Article 3: Right to Eat Cereal

Article 3, Section 1: We, the Procrastinators, have the right to eat cereal for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in between.

Article 3, Section 2: This right shall include but not be limited to, eating cereal with milk, cereal with sugar, and cereal without milk or sugar (for those who prefer it).

Article 4: Right to Take Naps

Article 4, Section 1: We, the Procrastinators, have the right to take naps whenever and wherever we please.

Article 4, Section 2: This right shall include but not be limited to, napping on the couch, napping on the bed, and napping on the floor (for those who prefer it).
