Chapter 4: The Futility of Purpose

As we've established, the meaning of life is a myth perpetuated by our parents' guilt and societal expectations. But what's the point of even trying, anyway?

Our ancestors were all about purpose, driven by the pursuit of progress and innovation. But what did it get them? The same crushing ennui that we're all experiencing right now.

So, we're stuck in this meaningless cycle, searching for purpose in the wrong places. We're like the Sisyphus of the 21st century, pushing our boulders up the mountain only to have them roll back down, over and over.

But hey, at least we have our existential crises to keep us company.
