Section 2: THE BUREAUCRACY OF RED TAPE

As per regulation 3456, subsection 12, all forms must be submitted in triplicate, on 8.5 x 11 inch paper, with a black pen, and stapled with a 3-hole stapler.

Section 5 is currently undergoing a 6-month review process, during which all employees are on a mandatory 2-hour lunch break.
