EGGPLANT KING GUARD SHUTS DOWN LOCAL BAR
In a surprise move, the infamous Eggplant King Guard, the self-proclaimed 'protector of the jungle', has closed down "The Daily Chirp", a popular local pub in the Eggplant Jungle.
According to eyewitnesses, the King's goons, disguised as health inspectors, stormed the bar at dawn, citing "excessive use of puns and witty banter" as the reason for the shutdown.
The owner of the bar, Mrs. Wobblebottom, was seen weeping and clutching a "Closed" sign, as the King's men tossed her into a nearby dumpster.
When asked for comment, the Eggplant King Guard simply said, "You can't make an omelette without breaking some eggs, and you can't make a pun without making some noise."
