Recipe 1: The Farting Frittata
Ingredients:
- 1 cup beans (preferably those you ate for lunch)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup cheese (any variety, really)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion (or shallot, or leek)
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs together.
- Add beans, cheese, onion, and bell pepper to bowl.
- Pour into a skillet over medium heat.
- Flip when the edges start to set.
- Continue cooking until the eggs are almost fully set.
- Remove from heat, let cool.
- Cut into wedges, serve.
