In this Article 2 of our Partnership Agreement, we are pleased to clarify that our previous Article 1 was just, like, totally a placeholder. Yeah, that's it. We were just, uh, testing the waters. Okay, fine, we had no idea what we were doing and made it up as we went along. But hey, that's just how partnerships work, right?
As per Article 2, Section 2.1, our partner, Section 2.1.1, shall attempt to do something, probably. We're not really sure what, though. Maybe make some phone calls? Or send some emails? Possibly even write some code? But don't quote us on that.
Our partner, Section 2.2.1, shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions, because, well, we're still figuring things out here.
Our partnership shall be governed by the laws of Our Jurisdiction, which are, um, somewhere over here, on this page, in the corner, with the coffee machine...
By signing this Agreement, our partner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these, uh, somewhat-defined terms. Probably.
