Pre-Transit Checklist
Before entering a wormhole, please ensure you have:

- Keep your GCD calibrated and engaged
- Monitor the Event Monitor for any signs of gravitational turbulence
- Do not attempt to communicate with any entities on the other side of the wormhole
- Do not bring any Prohibited Items through the wormhole
Post-Transit Procedures
After transiting the wormhole:
- De-activate your GCD
- Submit your transit report to the Transit Log officer
- Perform a thorough Post-Transit Check to ensure you're not experiencing any temporal disorientation
